Duct cleaning in Fortitude Valley, done properly
Straight answers, prompt bookings and a full clean of your ducted system. No sales pitch, no wasted time.
About us
Your ducted air conditioner moves a lot of air through a lot of hidden pipework. Dust, lint and grime build up in there, and eventually you see it as grey smudges on the ceiling or smell it the moment the system kicks on. We get in, clean the ducts, vents and return air properly, and get out. That is the whole idea. You get a straight quote, a confirmed time and a system that blows cleaner air.
We work across the Valley and nearby suburbs, from compact apartments above shops to older Queenslanders that have had ducted aircon added over the years. Brisbane's humidity means moisture and mould can sneak into ductwork, so we keep an eye out for it while we clean. If we find something that needs fixing rather than cleaning, we tell you directly and leave the decision with you.
What we clean
Every supply duct, every outlet, plus the return air. We use rotary brushes to break up buildup and a powerful negative-air machine to pull it out, so the debris leaves your house instead of landing on the floor.
A blocked filter makes the whole system struggle. We pull the return grille, clean the filter or fit a new one if it is past saving, and vacuum the return box so the unit can breathe freely again.
Ceiling outlets come down, get washed by hand and go back up straight and sealed. It takes care of those dark dust rings and lets you see straight away that the job has been done, not just promised.
Humid weather plus cold ducts can equal mould. If we spot growth while cleaning, we show you a photo and can treat the affected sections with a sanitiser after cleaning, rather than just masking the smell with fragrance.
Moving into a rental or getting a place ready for new tenants? A duct clean is a quick win. We work around inspection dates and keys so the system is fresh when people move in.
Small offices and studios in the Valley often share a single ducted unit that nobody owns the maintenance of. We clean it after hours, keep disruption low and let you get back to work next morning.
Why choose us
Send an enquiry and you will hear back promptly with questions or a quote. No chasing, no waiting around a week to find out if we can help.
We tell you what is included before we start. What we quote is what we do, and if anything changes on the day, we talk to you first.
Not just a quick vacuum of the vents. Supply ducts, outlets and return air are all part of the clean, because a half job does not fix the air.
Drop sheets go down before anything comes apart, and gear stays off your furniture. When we leave, the only sign we were there is cleaner vents and fresher air.
How it works

System back on, airflow checked, area tidied. We show you what came out and you get on with your day.
Service area

FAQ
It depends on how busy the week is, but we try to offer the earliest practical slot and tell you upfront when that will be. If you have a deadline, such as a lease inspection or new tenants arriving, mention it when you enquire and we will do our best to fit it in.
Cleaning of each supply duct run with brushes and negative-air extraction, removal and washing of the ceiling outlets, cleaning of the return air grille and box, and cleaning or replacing the filter. We then switch the system on and check airflow at the vents before we pack up.
Someone needs to let us in and show us where the manhole and return air are. After that, you can work from another room or head out if you prefer, as long as we can contact you. We will walk you through the results when we finish.
Often it helps a lot, because built-up dust and mould in the ducts are common causes. But smells can also come from the indoor unit, drain tray or condensation problems. If we think the source is somewhere a duct clean will not reach, we will tell you rather than guess.
Yes. Most homes have flexible ducting, and we adjust brush speed and technique to suit it. If ducts are very old, crushed or torn, cleaning can do more harm than good, so we will show you and suggest getting them looked at instead.
